Order Processing Time: Varies by supplier and is listed on each product page. Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
Shipping Time: Estimated delivery time will be displayed on each product listing and varies by location.
Tracking: You will receive tracking information once the order has shipped. If tracking information is invalid or not updated for more than 7 business days, please contact our support team.
Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 20 calendar days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition unless the return is due to defect or damage.
Note: Some products may not be eligible for return based on supplier policy (e.g., hygiene items, clearance sales). This will be stated clearly on the product page.
Non-Defective (“Remorse”) Returns
Not all suppliers accept remorse returns.
If accepted, a restocking/repacking fee up to 35% may apply.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting customer service or using the refund request button.
Not all suppliers allow cancellation once processing has begun.
Orders may be canceled by the supplier if stock is unavailable or there are fulfillment issues. Customers will be notified and refunded promptly.
If a supplier does not respond to a cancellation request within 3 business days, we will intervene on your behalf.
During holidays, natural disasters, pandemics, or other abnormal events, processing and shipping delays may occur. We will communicate transparently should issues arise.
